Who we are

willparfittofficial.com is run by [Legal name of the business] ([ABN or company number]) for the performer Will Parfitt. "We" and "us" means that business and Will's management. "You" means anyone using this site or booking Will.

By using this site you agree to these terms. How we handle your personal information is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.

Adults only

If you book a private performance, you're responsible for making sure everyone present is an adult and has chosen to be there for this kind of entertainment.

Using this site

Please don't:

• send false details, or submit a form in someone else's name;
• send spam, or try to overload, break into or disrupt the site;
• use automated tools to copy content or collect information from it;
• use anything you send us, or anything on the site, to harass anyone.

We may block submissions that break these rules. We try to keep the site available and accurate, but can't promise it will always be online or free of errors. Tour dates, packages and prices can change, and what's confirmed to you in writing is what counts.

Photos, audio and words

The photographs, video, voice recordings, writing and design on this site belong to Will Parfitt, us, or the people who licensed them to us. You're welcome to view them and share a link to the site.

You may not copy, download, edit, re-upload, sell, or use them to train AI systems, and you may not use Will's name, image or voice to suggest he endorses anything or to impersonate him, without our written permission.

If you think something on the site infringes your rights, write to management@willparfittofficial.com and we'll look into it promptly.

Enquiries aren't bookings

Sending the booking form, or answering the five questions, doesn't reserve a date or commit either of us to anything. It starts a conversation. Management aims to reply to booking enquiries within 24 hours, including when the answer is no.

Messages sent through Come Closer are read, but a reply isn't guaranteed and doesn't create any arrangement between you and Will.

Private bookings

A booking exists only once management has confirmed it to you in writing and you've accepted. That written confirmation will set out:

• the date, start time, location and package;
• the total price, the currency, and any travel costs, quoted up front;
• the deposit, and when the balance is due;
• what happens if either of us cancels or changes the date.

Prices shown on this site are starting prices. If anything in your written confirmation differs from this page, the confirmation applies to your booking.

Venue

You're responsible for having permission to hold the performance at the venue, for giving an accurate address and access details, and for the space being safe to perform in.

On the night

Everyone should have a good time, including the person who'd rather watch than be picked. Nobody is ever made to take part.

Will may pause or end a performance if he, or anyone present, is being treated unsafely or disrespectfully, if guests are dangerously intoxicated, if someone present appears to be under 18, or if the venue isn't safe. If a performance ends for one of those reasons, refunds are handled as set out in your written confirmation.

Photos and video during a private performance are only allowed as agreed in your written confirmation.

Tour shows

Tickets for tour shows are sold by the promoter or ticketing company named at the point of sale, not through this site. Their terms, including refunds, entry age and venue rules, apply to those tickets.

Responsibility

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law that can't lawfully be excluded, including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, or the equivalent protections where you live.

Beyond those rights, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as illness, travel disruption, severe weather or a venue closing. Where a performance can't go ahead for reasons like these, we'll work with you on a new date or a refund as your written confirmation sets out.

You're responsible for your guests, and for damage or loss they cause.

Changes and the law

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the current one. A booking already confirmed stays under the terms that applied when it was confirmed.

These terms are governed by the laws of [State], Australia. That doesn't remove any protection the law of the country where you live gives you as a consumer.
