Who we are
This website, willparfittofficial.com, is run by [Legal name of the business] ([ABN or company number]) for the performer Will Parfitt. In this policy "we" and "us" means that business and Will's management.
For anything about your personal information, write to management@willparfittofficial.com or by post to [Postal address].
The short version
We only collect what you type into one of our two forms, or send us by email. No cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers. It goes to Will and his management by email, and it's never sold, rented or shared for anyone else's marketing. Ask and we'll delete it.

Please don't send us more than we need
The notes box is free text. Tell us what helps make the night right for your group, but please don't include health information, other people's contact details, or anything you wouldn't want written down.
Technical information
When you send a form, our server briefly uses your IP address to stop the same address sending dozens of submissions in a few minutes. That check happens in memory and the address isn't saved with your details. Our hosting provider also keeps short-lived server logs, as every website host does, to run and protect the service.
What we don't collect
- No cookies. This site doesn't set any.
- No analytics or ad tracking. No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, nothing that follows you to other sites.
- No payments. Nothing on this site takes card or bank details. Payment for a booking is arranged directly with management.
- No answers left behind if you stop. While you're answering the five questions, your choices are held in your own browser (session storage) so a page refresh doesn't lose them. They never reach us unless you press send, they're cleared once you do, and they disappear on their own when you close the tab.
The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch them, which shares your IP address with Google. Google describes how it handles that in its own privacy policy.
Why we use it
- To write back to you. If you answered the five questions, Will writes to you because you asked him to. If you sent an enquiry, management replies about your date. Either way you get one automatic email straight away confirming it arrived.
- To plan tour dates and bookings. Knowing roughly where people are helps decide where he performs.
- To keep the forms working. Spam filtering and the rate limit described above.
If you're in the UK or European Union, the law asks us to name our legal basis. For Come Closer it's your consent, the box you tick. For booking enquiries it's taking steps you've asked for before a contract. For spam and abuse prevention it's our legitimate interest in keeping the site usable.
We don't make automated decisions about you, and we never use your details to build advertising profiles.
Where it's stored
Will tours internationally and our providers operate globally, so your information may be processed or stored outside the country you live in, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, such as for transfers out of the UK or EU, we rely on our providers' standard contractual protections for those transfers.
How long we keep it
- Come Closer: until you ask us to stop writing, or 24 months after we last heard from you, whichever comes first.
- Enquiries that don't become a booking: 24 months from the enquiry.
- Bookings that go ahead: as long as tax and accounting law requires us to keep business records, and no longer.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you and send you a copy;
- correct anything that's wrong;
- delete it;
- stop writing to you, at any time.
To stop hearing from us, reply to any of our emails with the word "stop", or write to management@willparfittofficial.com. Saying stop doesn't affect anything we did before you asked.
We'll answer any request within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm the request comes from the email address we hold, so nobody else can get at your information. There's no charge.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, for example to object to how we use your information, to restrict it, or to receive it in a portable format under UK and EU law, or the rights some US states give their residents. Ask and we'll honour whichever apply to you.
Adults only
This site and Will's performances are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has sent us their details, tell us and we'll delete them.
Security
The site is served only over an encrypted connection. The forms check and clean what's submitted, filter automated spam, and limit repeated submissions. Only Will and his management have access to the inboxes your details arrive in.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever put your information at risk, we would tell you and the relevant regulator as the law requires.
Changes and complaints
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll tell you first.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first at management@willparfittofficial.com and we'll try to put it right. You can also complain to the privacy regulator where you live, for example the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au), the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), or your national data protection authority in the EU.
